  • Every oil has an emotional energy even if its main benefit is physical. We often begin with a brief meditation, breathing in the oil for that day, exploring its emotional highlights, then gently warming up our bodies with guided “whole-ing” floorplay.

  • The energy and frequency of the music of each song blends into the next. Speaking to your body and heart. Inviting you to walk, sway, step, sense, explore, witness, choose, listen, express, feel, sound, dance!
Your way, Your time, Your journey, Your work of art!

  • a time for sharing and caring in circle. the gifts our bodies gave during the dance. what came up. what we let go. sometimes popcorn-style. sometimes guided/structured. always inspired & inspiring.

  • I can’t dance…I don’t have rhythm…I don’t know how to listen to my body. I’m not fit. I don’t feel comfortable sounding. don’t want to be seen. don’t like how I look (on zoom or in-person). my spiritual practice needs to be private. prefer structure. don’t like that music. don’t like woo-woo shit. don’t know what you mean. sense what? I’m allergic to chocolate…Welcome, sister, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s do this together!
